Packages are frozen and shipped to customers in insulated-thermo wrap as well as padded gel pack to maintain appropriate food preservation during transit. Shipping method is by mail, using USPS 1-2day Express shipping. Tracking details will be provided to you once your order ships. Shipping cost will be determined based on the size of your order.
