Due to the fact that items are perishable, returns are not allowed. However if your order arrives spilled or damage; a replacement would offer at no cost to you. (Shipping costs may still apply). SHIPPING INFO
It takes about 4-6days to process orders placed. Packages are frozen and shipped to customers in insulated-thermo wrap as well as padded gel pack to maintain appropriate food preservation during transit. Shipping method is by mail, using USPS 1-2day Express shipping. Tracking details will be provided to you once your order ships. Shipping cost will be determined based on the size of your order.
